Ingredients
Chocolate cake mix (Devil’s Food or any chocolate variety)
Eggs, oil, and water (as required by cake mix)
14-ounce can of sweetened condensed milk
Caramel sauce
Whipped topping (Cool Whip or fresh whipped cream)
Heath bars or toffee bits for garnish
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Prepare cake mix according to package instructions.
Bake in a 9×13-inch pan for 30-35 minutes.
Cool cake for 20 minutes, then poke holes across the surface.
Pour sweetened condensed milk and caramel sauce over the cake.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Top with whipped cream and crushed Heath bars before serving.
Notes
For best results, chill the cake overnight to allow flavors to meld.
Keep refrigerated between servings due to the sweetened condensed milk.
Can be frozen for up to 3 months (without toppings).
